Operations Manager at TEESHOPPEN Group™

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to take on a leading and coordinating role within the TEESHOPPEN Group™’s operational units. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and improving processes and practices across logistics, business systems and the development of existing markets. Ultimately, as an outstanding Operations Manager, you will be able to work alongside the other operations teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of TEESHOPPEN Group™’s online operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that operational tasks are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective manner.
• Improve and further develop operational systems, processes and best practice.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Analyse data and use it to improve operations.
• Ensure that the organisation’s processes always comply with the company’s guidelines and standards.
• Carry out quality control and monitor KPIs.
• Contribute to the growth and success of TEESHOPPEN Group™

To succeed as our new Operations Manager, you must have an excellent overview and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks. At the same time, you know how to prioritise your time effectively and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

The right candidate

We don’t have a long list of requirements regarding education and qualifications, but instead we expect you, like us, to have a great passion for your work and to be committed to taking the company to new heights together. We expect you to take responsibility and be decisive in your decisions, to be highly committed and to be a team player with good collaborative skills. In addition, we’d consider it a plus if you have previous experience in e-commerce and/or the operational challenges that come with running an international online shop.
