Can I change my delivery address?
If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We can correct it as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched from the warehouse.
Why is my order being delivered in several parcels?
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we sometimes dispatch them as and when they are ready. This means your order may arrive in several parcels – but of course, you’ll only be charged for delivery once.
I have received a damaged parcel – what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. If the items inside are damaged, please open a case on our returns portal under ‘complaints’, and we’ll find a solution straight away.
The driver was unable to deliver my parcel
If the courier cannot help you further, please write to our customer service team – we will then get in touch with them on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
Go to our returns portal, select the items you wish to return, and choose whether you want an exchange, a gift voucher or a refund. Print the returns label and hand in the parcel at the post office. We’ll take care of the rest.
How long is my returns period?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. Let us know within those 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. If you want to exchange it or get a gift card, you have a full 101 days.
How much does it cost to return an item?
If you return an item for a refund, the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. You can see the price in the return portal before you order the label. If you exchange for a different size or choose a gift voucher, return postage is completely free.
Can I exchange this for a different size?
Yes! Create the exchange via the returns portal. For size exchanges, we cover the postage both ways, so it won’t cost you anything.
Can I exchange it for a different colour?
We do not exchange items directly for a different colour. Instead, please select a gift voucher for the item and use it to purchase the new colour online straight away.
When will I get my money back?
We process your return as soon as the parcel is back with us. This usually happens the same day, but it can take up to 3 working days. It can then take a couple of days for the amount to show in your account. We refund you no later than 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing from the purchase. Can I return two orders in the same parcel?
We’re sorry, but no. Please create a separate returns case with its own label for each order, even if you’re sending them in the same box.
I have received the wrong item or a faulty item

Can I create multiple returns for the same order?
