WHEN IS ENOUGH, ENOUGH :-)?

In Q4, we have seen a dramatic rise in the number of online fraud cases on www.teeshoppen.com. So far, I have reported these to the police and sent them all the documentation so that they could take the matter further. However, there was one customer who, in just four weeks, made seven purchases from us using a stolen credit card (two of which were made after we’d reported the matter to the police), and it seems this person will simply carry on until it’s no longer possible. I decided to drive out and hand over the parcel in the hope that this would put a stop to it :-)

It’s now been two weeks and we haven’t received any more orders to be sent to that address… So I think it might have worked :-)) (and yes, we also use 3D Secure)
